Green Smoothie Bowl
A great breakfast option for your whole family that takes only 5 minutes to prepare.
Want a delicious way to sneak more leafy greens into your diet? How about a green smoothie bowl!
- 2 cups spinach or morning glory
- 2 bananas (frozen)
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup pineapple
The consistency will be nicer (like icecream) if all of your fruits are frozen, but if your blender is not so strong, only freeze the bananas.
Stick it in a blender and pulse until it starts to come together. Serve in a bowl and top with seeds, nuts, granola, more fruits – anything you like really.
You can add coconut water/milk, yoghurt or your favourite milk to make this a drinkable smoothie
